Our Technology

Ironlev® magnetic levitation allows multiple elements to float without any contact, thanks to the coupling between a magnetic slider and an iron rail. The use of next-generation permanent magnets supports the load without any energy input, eliminating friction and component wear. Movement is fully freed from weight, surpassing the limitations of wheels. Loads and systems glide smoothly, efficiently, and reliably, making Ironlev systems ideal for industrial and automation applications and setting new standards in the industry.

 
 

MOVING LIGHTNESS

The window or door moves along the rail effortlessly and smoothly without any sliding friction, overcoming the weight limits of traditional wheeled systems.

2N pulling force is needed to move a 200kg door, while only 2kg pulling force is needed to move a 600kg window.

Ironlev® systems have been tested on doors weighing up to 200kg and on windows weighing up to 1500kg.

MODULARITY

The composition of the sliders determines their number based on the sash or door weight.

Unlike traditional wheeled systems, magnetic levitation distributes the weight of the profile and glass evenly between each slider.

The systems are available in a range of load capacities, each related to the dimensions and weight of the door, making it possible to create wide openings using minimal frames and without design limits.

EASY INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY

The Ironlev® system is designed for easy and safe installation. The sliders are assembled by using special accessories that guide the system in the proper position. In addition, the system includes junction and rail fixing elements.

SAFETY

The slider is intrinsically safe: the magnetic field is totally confined insider slider section, eliminating external magnetic dispersions. This allows an adoption inside domestic environments by placing the system in the lower node, inside the frame.

RELIABILITY

The extremely low wear of the elements composing the slider ensures high durability and lifetime.

All Ironlev® systems are tested and certified to 100,000 cycles.

The door system is designed and tested to perform beyond the corrosion resistance requirements, with corrosion resistance certified with 1,000 hours in salt spray environment.
